Your information is safe with us
The information you give us when you buy our products or sign up to our newsletter is safe with us and will not be shared further. Card information is always safe with us via, among other things, verified card payment and encrypted payment connections.

Your right to privacy is important to us at MDAY AS, and in this privacy statement you can read about what kind of data we process, how we collect it and what rights you have. This privacy statement has been prepared in accordance with the Personal Data Act and the GDPR. The statement applies to the use of our website, information you leave there, as well as data we receive from other sources such as newsletters or other third-party sources.

When do we store information about you as a person

E-MAIL LISTS
On the website you can find a box to “Join Mday”. The purpose of this box is that you can sign up to receive news and information from Mday via email. This means that you can register on our email list for newsletters, or you can register to receive, for example, a pdf document or an e-book. You will be asked to register your name and email address. If we set up a newsletter we will give you the opportunity to unsubscribe from lists you are on by clicking on a "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email you receive.

PRODUCTS YOU BUY FROM MDAY AS
When you buy products from Mday, we ask you to register your name and email address. When purchasing physical products you will also be asked to leave your home address for shipping purposes. When purchasing digital products, such as a course or a guide we will send it to your email address. 


Your rights

YOUR DATA
You can at any time ask us to send you an overview of all the information we have registered on you. Send us an e-mail to team.mday@gmail.com, and you will receive an overview within 30 working days. You can also ask us to delete this information at any time. But it is important for us to inform you that as long as you are a customer with us, we use this information to follow you up as best as possible towards your goals, so we can ensure that you achieve the results you want.

DELETION OF DATA
As previously mentioned, you can unsubscribe from email lists you are on at any time. If you have purchased a product from us, you also have the right to delete all data we have stored on you on the website. If we have sent you an invoice for a service you have purchased from us, then we can naturally not delete accounting documents, as we are obliged to keep these for 5 years.

TREATMENT TIME
MDAY AS processes your personal data and purchase data as long as we have contractual obligations, statutory obligations such as bookkeeping mentioned above, as long as we have an active customer relationship, or as long as you have not opposed this processing. We conduct an annual audit of our stored personal information and delete or anonymize all data we no longer purposefully need to store. You have the right to have your data deleted at any time. If you want this, contact us using the contact information at the top of this agreement.

ABOUT SECURITY
Rules for the use and storage of personal data set strict requirements for security both technically and organizationally to prevent loss, intervention or other risks. MDAY AS is committed to updating and changing the security of your data in line with developments and improved opportunities.

ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
In principle, privacy legislation is very strict with regard to who should have access to your personal information. MDAY AS implements technical, organizational and security adjustments to all our services to ensure that your personal information does not go astray. Only people who work for MDAY AS in need of access have the opportunity to see your personal information. In addition to this, there are strict requirements for which of our partners have access to the data. In all cases, this is governed by a separate data processor agreement between us and our suppliers.

Our approved data processors provide services as follows.

  • Server operation for our websites and online services

  • CRM supplier for communication and storage of our customer relationship

  • Technical provider of the website

  • Marketing partners and services such as Facebook will only be accessed if special consent has been obtained from you

  • Customer service

  • Accounting


Your data is not processed outside the borders of the EU or the EEA. All our suppliers comply with this requirement for safety. We never sell or share your personal data with any third party beyond our service providers.

In situations where we are required by the Norwegian authorities to publish personal information, this is done in accordance with our legal guidelines for the disclosure of such data.

Occasionally, at our sole discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy statements. We therefore have no responsibility for the content and activities of these pages. However, we want to protect the integrity of our site and welcome all feedback on these sites.

CHANGES OR UPDATES
MDAY AS reserves the right to change these terms at any time if the changes are in accordance with any applicable laws, rules or regulations. The changes are published on our website mday.no. In the event of major changes, or changes that have consequences for you, we will first and foremost inform you through contact information you have made available to us, or obtain consent where the legitimate interest will not be satisfactory.
